Connect the tools you already pay for so information moves on its own, and let software handle the repetitive steps.

Your Team Is the Glue Between Your Software

Every manual hand-off is a chance for a typo, a delay, or a customer who falls through the cracks.

  • A new lead comes in on your website, and someone types it into your CRM by hand.
  • Invoices are created in one program and re-entered in your accounting software.
  • Follow-up texts and reminder emails only go out when someone remembers.
  • Two systems disagree, and nobody knows which one is right.

What We Build

API integrations.

Connect your CRM, accounting, scheduling, payment, and email tools so a change in one updates the others.

Data syncing and clean-up.

Keep customer, job, and inventory records consistent across systems, and merge the duplicates you already have.

Automated follow-ups and reminders.

Texts and emails that go out at the right time, triggered by what actually happened — a booking, a missed appointment, a late payment.

Webhooks and custom connectors.

When two programs don't have a ready-made connection, we build one.

Automated documents.

Quotes, work orders, and reports generated from your data instead of typed from scratch.

Automation with limits.

When off-the-shelf automation tools hit their limits, we build automation that runs on your rules.

Start With the Hand-Off That Hurts Most

You don't have to automate everything at once. On the strategy call we find the one or two manual steps that cost you the most time or the most mistakes, and we start there. Once those are working, adding the next step is faster.

Red Belt Gym centralized calendar with an appointment detail panel

Red Belt Gym runs on automation: missed-class follow-ups, payment reminders, card-update requests, and appointment reminders all go out automatically, and webhook and Zapier connections link it to tools like QuickBooks, Mailchimp, and Google Calendar. See the Red Belt Gym case study →

How It Works

  1. Strategy call
  2. written proposal (scope, timeline, price)
  3. build with progress check-ins
  4. testing
  5. launch
  6. support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you connect software that doesn't have a built-in integration?

Often, yes. If a program has an API, webhooks, or even a reliable export, we can usually connect it. If a connection isn't possible, we'll tell you before you spend anything.

What happens when an automation fails?

We build in error alerts and logs, so if a connected service goes down or rejects data, someone is notified instead of the problem going unnoticed.

Will we lose our existing data?

No. We map and test your data before anything is switched on, and we keep a backup of the original.

Can automation replace an employee?

That's not usually the goal. Automation takes repetitive steps off your team's plate so they can spend time on customers and work that needs a person.
