What kinds of software do you build?

How much does custom software cost?
Every project is different, so software is priced by written proposal. After a free strategy call, you get scope, timeline, and price in writing before any work starts. Request a proposal.
Do you use AI to build software?
Yes. We use modern AI-assisted development tools to build faster. A dedicated team of developers plans, reviews, and tests every feature.
Can you work with the software we already use?
Usually, yes. We can connect to most tools that offer an API, webhooks, or a reliable data export, and we'll tell you up front if something can't be connected.
Do I own the software you build?
Yes. You own the code we write for your project. We build and host on a modern cloud setup, so running it somewhere else later is possible but takes a developer. We'll walk you through it in your proposal before any work starts.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. If you'd like one before sharing details, mention it when you request a proposal.
Websites & Pricing
How much does a website cost?
Starter is $499 + $50/month, Growth is $699 + $99/month, and Authority is $999 + $199/month. A care plan is required with every build. See Website Pricing.
How long does a website take?
Up to 7 days once we have your content.
Is the build fee refundable?
No. The upfront build fee pays for the initial build and is non-refundable.
Are there contracts?
Care plans are month-to-month (cancel with 30 days' notice) or a one-year agreement. We don't offer discounts for either.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Ask about payment plans on your strategy call.
What counts as a page?
Core pages like Home, About, Services, individual service pages, Contact, Locations, FAQ, Team, and Pricing. Blog posts (Growth and Authority) don't count.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your content and your domain belong to you. If you move to another provider, you can take your content with you.
Do you build online stores?
No. E-commerce isn't part of our website packages.
Working With Us
Where are you located?
We're based in Beaumont, Texas, and work with businesses across the 409 area. We don't have a public office.
How do I get started?
Fill out a form. For software, request a proposal; for a website, book a strategy call. Brian reaches out personally either way.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
No. Websites are monitored around the clock, but support is handled by email, not a 24/7 phone line.
Do you manage ads, social media, or Google Business Profiles?
We don't manage ads or social media. Our Growth and Authority website plans include Google Business Profile setup and optimization, and the profile stays in your name. You stay in control of your ads, social media, and reviews.
Do you have a phone number?
