Unused edit time does not roll over. Extra edit time is $100/hour. A care plan is required with every website we build, and plans are available month-to-month or on a one-year agreement.
What Counts as a "Minor Edit"?
Minor edits are small changes to your existing site — hours, photos, text swaps, a phone number, a promotion on an existing page. New pages, new layouts, new landing pages, blog articles, major redesigns, new integrations, and custom features are quoted separately (new core pages are $150 each).
Frequently Asked Questions
Is hosting included?
Yes. Managed hosting and SSL are part of every care plan.
Do unused edit minutes roll over?
No. Edit time resets each month.
Can I cancel?
Care plans are month-to-month or a one-year agreement. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice; your content and domain stay yours. The initial build fee pays for the work already done and is non-refundable.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
No. Your site is monitored around the clock, but support is handled by email (priority on Growth and Authority), not a 24/7 phone line.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
Our sites are built with very few moving parts, which removes most of the common attack points. Authority plans include malware cleanup when necessary; on other plans we'll quote cleanup if it's ever needed.
