Data Retention & Security
We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@409customsoftware.com. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and California residents under the CCPA/CPRA, where those laws apply.
